Suspension and termination of account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that is seen to violate any of our policies or for any other reason. A customer will not receive credit for the time the account is suspended.
Website content
A customer should not upload any content that breaks their local or national laws. We do not allow any form of illegal content or material that discriminates or incites hatred to any gender, age, race, religion, creed or colour. If we find such material we reserve the right to terminate the account without notice or refund.
Uptime
We will always strive to keep our servers online at all times. However, in the unlikely event that our servers do experience downtime, we are not obliged to offer any form of compensation for loss of revenue as a result of the occurrence. Downtime does not include server maintenance and emergency upgrades/service do not qualify.
Disclaimer of Responsibility
We do not have a duty to look at each customer's or user's activities to determine if a violation of our policies has occurred. We do not assume any responsibility through our Acceptable Usage Policy to monitor or police Internet-related activities.
We disclaim any responsibility for any such inappropriate use and any liability to any person or party for any other person's or party's violation of this policy. Any violations by a third-party on your behalf are considered as a violation by you.
