Copyright and piracy

We do not allow any copyrighted material to be held on our server that does not belong to you. This includes material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights. Making unauthorised copies of software is a violation of the law. If you copy, distribute or install the software in ways not covered by the the license, you are violating copyright law.

Illegal activities

We do not allow Internet Scanning (tricking people into revealing their account details), account robbery, security hole scanning, port scanning, attacking or attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers and services that belong to you. We do not allow any forms of illegal pornography as defined by British law. We will not tolerate any form of mass emailing (an email sent for five or more people) unless the individuals have specifically requested to be added to a mailing list on that topic. Anyone who we believe to participate or facilitate any form of illegal activity will have their account suspended and/or terminated with immediate effect. Violations of this policy can carry severe penalties.

Billing

The customer is responsible for paying for any network resources that are used to connect the customer's hosting services on the Internet. All customers have the right to request that their hosting be disconnected from the Internet, but they are still be responsible for paying for any resources used up to this point.

Refunds

We cannot offer any refunds on domain name registrations or Registrar transfers. We do offer refunds for unused hosting for the remaining whole months of the service. Should a customer be dissatisfied with our service, they are entitled to a full refund if they notify us before fifteen days from their initial payment. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is a breach of our Acceptable Usage Policy or if we feel the customer is evidently unreasonable in their request.
