DAHOST Policies (1/3)

By signing up to the hosting services on our servers a customer agrees to our Acceptable Usage Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and without warning. If a customer does not adhere to the terms listed here, then we may suspend or cancel the account without refund.

Security

A customer is responsible for the security of their account that is under their control. We do not accept attacks directed at other servers. Such events will result in the closure of the account and possible financial penalties to restore services to the original working condition.

• We do not permit any IRC clients or related activities as these are damaging to our website hosting network.
• We do not permit reselling of SSH accounts or useage that effects other users on the server, the security and configuration of our servers or activities that effect other servers.
• We do not permit any kind of Denial Of Service (DOS) attack on local or external servers
• We do not permit probe or scans of server or network vulnerabilities

Account information

You must not share your account username or password with other users or anyone outside our network. This information is private and could compromise your account if released to others.

Contact details

It is your responsibility to inform us of any contact email address or phone number changes. This is for your benefit as we will be able to inform you if there are changes to your account and for billing purposes.
